The LCI Education network launches online the new Portfolios section, a social platform where students and graduates of the network can exhibit their achievements, know-how and creativity to the public as well as employers in search of new talent.
The platform is a unique showcase allowing visitors to discover students’ and graduates’ creative work. By way of a digital portfolio, users can submit up to 20 projects as well as their CV. Projects can be presented through various mediums such as video, images or documents.
The Portfolio section: a recruitment tool
In addition to posting job offers, recruiters will also be able to use the platform to find new talents and identify at a glance the most qualified candidates according to their own search criteria.
In August 2015, the LCI Education network launched the Portfolios section. Over two years after going live, Portfolios quickly became an indispensable tool for our students and for employers in search of tomorrow’s talent.
As part of the 24th Hempel Award China International Young Fashion Designers Contest, LCI Education is proud to announce that four students from its network have been selected to compete at the grand finale that will take place at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Beijing, in March.
In its most recent edition, the prestigious magazine Maclean’s signed the article “LaSalle boosts Montreal’s reputation for fashion”, a laudatory portrait of multiple successful alumni of LaSalle College’s International School of Fashion, Arts and Design.
